She was first diagnosed when she was teenager with Hodgkins disease. After 30 years she was given a clear bill of health cancer fee. In 2008 my grandmother was diagnose with lung cancer. My mother stayed at her side thru chemo and radiation. On February 7 2009 my mother when to my grandmother’s house to take her for a checkup and found that she had past during the night.MY mom was filling very sluggish just not herself. Everyone kept telling her it was stress. After many visits to the doctor in May 2009 my mom got the news she has Breast cancer. Even though we were told this could happen we didn’t believe. My mom was told many times thru the years you lived longer than we expect. She was never supposed to have kids (she has 2), as a joke from Dr. Weaver told her to take Karate (she became 6th degree Black Belt Karate Instructor). In June of 2009 my mom started her chemo for the breast cancer. This was very hard. Over the years mom had developed many allergies to medicines so she was limited to the drugs that could help with side effects. Thru all this she still found the time to help me with Scott’s mom who had got diagnosed with Acute Monopolistic Leukemia. She was the most understanding mom. Even though she could not physically
